Grace Puleo


Associate Attorney

Grace’s primary area of practice involves representing county and municipal governments in tax collection and foreclosure actions. She also focuses on estate planning, LLC/business formation, and civil litigation. Having obtained her B.A. in Political Science from Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in 2009, she went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut in 2012. While in school, she was an active member of the Public Interest Law Project and a selected recipient of the organization’s scholarship program, which funded her work at a renowned non-profit organization in New Haven, Connecticut. Licensed in both North Carolina and New Jersey, Grace actively maintains her New Jersey law license. In addition, she is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association and its Young Lawyers Division, and the 28th Judicial District Bar. When not working, Grace enjoys practicing and teaching yoga and mindfulness, participating in outdoor activities, and reading.
